Blue light filter is a coating that reduces some of the blue light spectrum from entering your eyes. Studies have shown benefits of the protection for users of smart phones, computers and electronics.

Photochromatic lenses change in the sun. This is achieved by the UV coming from the sun. These lenses are great for people that have sensitive eyes or want a fashion tint while outside. They aren’t meant to be sunglasses as they don’t change behind the wheel of a car.

Polarized sunglasses eliminate glare from the sun while they are hitting objects like water or a car. Polarized lenses will help sooth your eyes while you are outside and help you feel more relaxed.

Features & Benefits
- Single Vision lenses can be used for distance, intermediate, or near vision.
- Polycarbonate is a high impact type of plastic that is the most common in eyeglasses. It gives the lightest weight with great safety features. (None of Jabi Optics glasses are meant or to be used as safety glasses. For this, you must have Z-87 on your frame which means it has been approved for safety usage and your lenses must be safety tested by a drop ball).
- Anti-Reflective coating – lenses create a glare when light rays refract and reflect off of the surface. An anti-reflective coating reduces surface glare and allows more light to come into the eye. This in return helps to see clearer with crisp vision, especially at night while driving.
- Scratch Coating – Most lenses are soft and require a scratch coating. This is even more important with an anti-reflective coating to prevent scratches. Jabi only provides one of the best scratch coatings on the market. Beware- no matter how good the scratch coating is, it will not prevent scratches due to poor cleaning methods.
